Christopher Bradley Hole

Christopher Bradley-Hole is one of the most ground-breaking and influential garden and landscape designers working today. He qualified as an architect and since becoming a professional garden and landscape designer has won numerous awards, including gold medals at the Chelsea Flower Show in 1997, 2000, 2003, and 2004. His show garden for the 2004 Chelsea Flower Show also won the Best Show Garden award. Christopher runs a leading landscape design consultancy in London and his work has been featured many times on TV and in the press. His projects include landscaping the grounds at the new Arsenal stadium, a new public landscape for the BBC in London, and gardens for Pallant House Modern Art Gallery in Chichester and a garden in Dorset for English Heritage. He also teaches diploma students at the Royal Botanical Gardens in Kew. His first book, The Minimalist Garden (Mitchell Beazley) won the Garden Writer’s Guild award for 1999/2000. Christopher lives in London, but designs gardens internationally.
